ABC has ordered 13 episodes of a series starring Joan Cusack. The series concept is in development and would be her first TV series. Cusack appeared on NBC's Saturday Night Live and the 1994 TV movie The Mother. In films, she appeared in My Bodyguard and Sixteen Candles, Broadcast News, Working Girl and Addams Family Values. Recent roles include Grosse Pointe Blank -- she performed opposite her brother, John Cusack -- and In & Out, for which she received an Academy Award nomination.
